The server's general store: several hundred products at published prices, ordered in game or online. Its delivery service, dBBox, brings every order to a code-locked pickup box within minutes.

Finance from within
When dBBank needs more capital than it holds, it borrows from us, on the record, and repays from its earnings. No diamond is ever created to make a loan.
Keep them separate
The bank and the store have their own accounts, their own books and their own customers. Common ownership is not a shared till.
Show the work
Every movement of money in the group is a ledger entry with a time, a reason and a name. Corrections are new entries; history stays.
Governance
Rules we hold ourselves to.
- Deposits are the customers' property. One deposited diamond is one diamond on the account, withdrawable at any Bankomat.
- Lending decisions belong to the bank. Every loan is an offer the customer is free to decline.
- Refunds are always traceable. A refund points at the purchase it reverses. Nothing is quietly undone.
- No passwords, anywhere. Customers sign in to our companies' sites with a one-time code from the game.
